Polish translation missing in Qt3 Configuration .desktop file

Qt3 Configuration item in Main menu is not translated to polish (should be Ustawienia Qt3, like Qt4 configuration is translated - Ustawienia Qt4).

Here is an updated desktop file for qt3, with additional translations taken from
the Qt4 sources.

If you tell me how this comment translates to polish, I can add it:
"A graphical configuration tool for programs using Qt 3".
