After removing a Textcontrol from edited SVG an "Flowroot" filled black remains and visible for other Apps (not for Inkscape)

Bug Description
After removing a Textcontrol from an edited SVG an "Flowroot" (Tag/Element) filled black remains and is visible for other SVG-Apps (not for Inkscape).
This is only removable by editing the xml.
