Bug Description

============ KVM Image Check ============
 KVM_IMAGE is not configured.
 Note: If left unconfigured, we will pull our image from
 cloud-images.ubuntu.com.
 Would you like to configure it now? [Y/n]
 We cannot get our image from http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/groovy/current/groovy-server-cloudimg-s390x-disk1.img.
 Marking as failed

THe correct image is groovy-server-cloudimg-s390x.img

Looking at the script, we're just still looking for the old image name format, but since we only care about Bionic and later, we can check just the new style name now...
