Bug Description
After upgrading to 20.10, my mouse either takes an extraordinarily long time to reconnect (2+m), or it never reconnects until I unplug and replug my usb bluetooth dongle. It was slow to reconnect on 20.04 (10-30s), but it seems pretty much broken on 20.10.
