It is not possible to see some text/comment on annotations in a PDF file.

I've replicated this bug here to document and add more people to help solve the problem.
I've also tested using:
- Ubuntu 20.04 with Evince 3.36.7
- Ubuntu 20.10 with Evince 3.38.0
