Bug Description
When tripleoclient builds the tree of images that will need to be built, it should use that tree to figure out the intermediate layers (e.g. base, os, nova-base, etc) so they are not specified in the tripleo_

We want to get rid of them and for that we'll need to add code in tripleoclient to figure out the top layers images (in the right order for later builds).
