Double clicking on tracks in Quick Links folder does nothing

Bug Description
When I double click a track in the library from Computer -> Quick Links or Computer -> Devices, it doesn't load it into an available deck. It doesn't do anything if I use the [Library] GoToItem control either.
"Track Load Action" in the Library settings is set to "Load track to next available deck".
The only thing that seems to work is drag and dropping the track to a deck.
It seems to work okay in other libraries that are not Quick Links or Devices.
