Bug Description

Currently, the latest channel of the prometheus-snmp-exporter snap says it runs version 0.2.0, but upstream is currently on 0.18.0. This makes the version that the snap is running over 3 years old.

It would be nice if the snap was up to date with upstream so that I could get performance and security updates.

agree, it would be great someone could update this snap
