Bug Description

While investigating scripts after a migration of staging.launchpad.net, ilsac and cjwatson had me look into /srv/bazaar.staging.launchpad.net/scripts/codehosting_branch_mirror.py (attached) which seems to have last been edited in 2012.

This code really belongs in a script in the launchpad repo that can be deployed with the rest of the infrastructure.
