"Cancel" button of Advanced Features and some other strings are not translatable

Bug Description

The "Cancel" button of Advanced Features window does not seem to be translatable. It is not available for translation on Launchpad and it does not seem to be translated in Ubuntu 20.04. See the attached screenshot (with Czech translation).

I have also found two more strings that are not translatable on Launchpad, see comment #2.

The "Configure Secure Boot" and "Learn More..." strings also do not seem to be translatable.
