Asks for reboot even when fw update was not applied

Bug Description
See attached screenshot.
I clicked the "Update" button next to a firmware update notification, but my laptop was not connected to AC power. It told me that, but at the same time it told me the update was applied correctly, and that I should reboot. That's wrong.
