Bug Description
For some reason, this charm caches the nrpe relation data in /home/$
If mirror_user is changed, or the file is somehow lost or damaged, the charm will think it's no longer related to nrpe and will not update nagios check files, e.g. on upgrade-charm.
The charm should simply read the required data from the nrpe relation when it is needed, and avoid this caching mess entirely.
