Bruce's patch is now checked in to Transmission's svn.

* the horizontal separator's been removed from the preferences dialog in trunk and the 1.0x branch. This tweak will be in 1.03

* the capitalizations have been changed in trunk. This will be in 1.10, the first release to come after the 1.0x string freeze.
