title shows differently in catalog and item status

Bug Description

The 245 field shows differently in the catalog and in item status. When there are multiple subfields, the title in the catalog shows the subfields in the order they appear in the 245 field, while in item status the subfields show in alphabetical order (subfields before the /$c ). If there are $p or $n, and $b, in item status the title shows as $a, $b, $p. This is an issue since the labels are printed from Item Status, and unless you have the ability to rearrange the title, it is printing incorrectly. The subfields should show in the order they appear in the 245 field.

I am seeing this in 3.4.1. This will be an problem for our public libraries printing spine and pocket labels that have large graphic novel collections in particular as well as many DVDs.
