when start the eeschema, the eeschema is no response. how to resolve it?

Bug Description
My step is :
1. Start the Kicad by clicking the Kicad icon on the win7 desktop
2. I create a new project
3. I click the eeschema icon in the project
4. A new window with the title Eeschema displays.
5. If i click the mouse in the Eeschema window, the window backgroud changes to white. and the Eeschema window is no response.
My kicad version is 5.1.5_2/3
My operating system is win7,X86(i686) cpu is AMD 3800+,ram 3G
