Bug Description

On the subnet summary page (http://<MAAS>:5240/MAAS/#/subnet/2) there is a link to "About IP ranges"... This points to https://docs.maas.io/2.6.1/en/installconfig-network-ipranges which redirects to https://discourse.maas.io/t/about-the-discourse-category/2 which provides no useful information.
