Bug Description

We are trying to package the release 0.9.3 for openSUSE and we would like to have the license in the resulting package.

It is just a simple addition to MANIFEST.in to ship the file.

That's embarrassing. I kvetch at upstreams for this exact thing for stuff I package for Debian. I'll cut a new release shortly.
