gtkfileselector window "open file" cannot be maximized

Bug Description
When I do "Open file" from within any application, the nautilus window appears but it doesn't have the "maximize" button and also the double-click on its titlebar does nothing.
I must resize it manually by dragging each border...
In the previous versions of nautilus this action were possible and much useful.
