[Stein] [CentOS 7] Deployment is failing with "Could not find domain with name [Default]"

Hi,

I am trying to deploy Openstack using PackStack on CentOS 7.

Packstack version:-
packstack 14.0.0

I am deploying release Stein using document at below URL:-
https://www.rdoproject.org/install/packstack/

The installation is failing with below error:-
