Hi Leonardo,

It sounds like your upgrade may have been interrupted for some reason, and rsync didn't finish getting configured. Forcibly removing and reinstalling rsync might help. There is some advice about fixing half-installed packages here:

If this doesn't work, or if you determine the reason why it got into this state, please let us know.
