Bug Description
If you load a short track without a beatgrid, Cue, intro start and outro out are placed at the same position at the end.
Disabling quantize fixes the issue.
I think we need to special case that, and keep intro start and cue at the beginning.

* set 0 BPM (128 'detected') & lock that
* quantize ON
* load track
