Ctrl/Cmd+B to open custom presence state dialog

Bug Description

Ctrl/Cmd+B (or another combination?) should open the custom presence state dialog. This command should also be indicated in the top menu *and* all other presence menus in the interface.

There is no way to have an accelerator key in a cascade menu entry (I don't mean the whole sub menu here, just the entry). They don't live together since there is no command associated with a cascade menu, just another sub menu. But a "Ctrl-B" for the custom dialog would be possible,

Can you make this possible? In Firefox the submenus can contain key
short cuts...

No. Combining an accelerator for a cascade menu entry is weird since
the accelerator
is supposed to invoke a command and there is no command in a cascade menu entry.
