podman healthchecks using curl too verbose

Outputs of healthchecks using curl like:

- tripleo_ironic_inspector_healthcheck.service
- tripleo_mistral_api_healthcheck.service
- tripleo_neutron_api_healthcheck.service
- tripleo_nova_metadata_healthcheck.service

should be trimmed - for starter we could remove lines n. 3/4/5 below:
