Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Have a need to find PPA with package for Ubuntu release
2. Visit https:/
3. Try to find filter for Ubuntu release number and/or codename
Expected result:
* user is able to specify both package name (in *Show PPAs matching* with <input ... name="name_filter" ...> ) and target Ubuntu release number and/or codename
Actual result:
* user is able to specify only package name
