It's very difficult to see the focus on OK/Save buttons in the AngularJS client

Bug Description
OK and Save buttons are often blue in the AngularJS client. When they receive keyboard focus, they tend to turn a slightly different shade of blue, and acquire a thin blue border -- not something that is particularly noticeable to users. This makes it pretty difficult for anybody who uses a keyboard to navigate Evergreen to know when the OK button is focused.
The Angular client uses a much more visible style to indicate when a button has focus.

Marking Low only because the AngularJS interfaces will eventually need to move to Angular, but of course a fix would be welcome sooner.
