Branch registration date isn't visible anywhere

Bug Description

Launchpad knows when each branch was registered, but doesn't show this in the UI anywhere.

However the registrant is visible in the pagelet on the RHS under the owner iff
the owner is different to the registrant.

I think we should find somewhere else to put the registration date.
