Have to go to "Snapcraft"to install programs because the "Software Store" will not authenticate my log in like it did here on the website

Hi Aaron,
I don't believe this is a cloud-images bug; I'm not 100% sure what the correct component is, so I'll just assign it to Ubuntu as a whole.
