Can't change the size of the selected text more than once

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. Open some svg with a text
2. Double-click on the text, and select some of it
3. Change "Font size"
4. Hit "Apply"
5. Change "Font size" again
6. Observe that the "Apply" button is now grayed out, despite the pending change that can be applied.
inkscape-0.92.3_3 on FreeBSD 11.2

Presuming this is using the Text and Font dialog, not replicated on Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), Win 8.1 64bit.
