Bug Description
The Add Hardware dropdown from machine listing does not allow one to swap between Add Machine and Add Chassis.
# Steps to reproduce
1. Go to machine listing
2. Select Add Hardware > Machine
3. Select Chassis from the same dropdown
# Expected Result
The form transitions from Add Machine -> Add Chassis
# Actual Result
Nothing happens.
# Workaround
Cancelling the form allows one to select either Add Chassis or Add Machine
