Bug Description
We are seeing commission issues which we have reported in
https:/
During debugging this problem I observed two things
1. DHCP replies for commissioning nodes appeared to come from both rack controllers (not at the same time, but i would see replies change from one ip or the other, as commissions were re-launched)
2. DHCPd appears to be active and enabled on both rack controllers
I was asked to file this as a separate issue until it could be confirmed if this is the cause of bug 1783892, in which case you could combine as needed.
