Bug Description
Limesurvey integration fails on upload when it is expecting a date type question, and gets data in a different format to what it is expecting.
Need to add a "Date" box group type to queXF and a function for preparing date box group data in to the appropriate Limesurvey format when making the RPC call. Otherwise a date field could just be treated as a string.
