bluetooth not saving mouse connection. Having to reconnect each ubuntu start.

Bug Description
Each time I start Ubuntu, I have to turn the mouse on. Version 18.04 is not saving the setting. I don't remember having this problem with previous versions of Ubuntu. Last version I used was 16.04.4. Please fix, it's really annoying.
