Bug Description
only find some content can't drag the process bar, detail see below.
reproduced step:
1) only enable helix engine;
2) play the Intel-MID_
3) no any repsonse to end user.
expected result:
hope can drag process bar smoothly. test on gstreamer engine. can drag smoothly.

when there is error for duration encoding in the stream as above describe, drag will fail.
for other wmv content, it is ok.
