Kernel freezes/panic when running wireless tests for soft-ap
Test case:
1. Create a soft-ap upon reboot.
2. Install Checkbox plano and :
$ sudo snap install --devmode checkbox-plano
3. Run below wifi-ap test case
$ checkbox-
4. Upon 3-4 iteraions, observed kernel crash as below,

Fix:
scan work function keeps running even after cancel_hw_scan() call.
Issue is resolved by calling cancel_work_sync() in rsi_mac80211_
Regression Petential:
Ran Step 3 in 30-times. Didn't see any kernel panic.
