I do not see origin marker disappear on windows 10 at any zoom level with any tool set. However, the vertical cross bar disappears at some zoom levels using the modern accelerated tool set. Interestingly, the circle and horizontal crossbar are always visible. Neither legacy or the fallback tool sets exhibit the problem. @Nicholas, do you have a high dpi monitor?

I can confirm aux origin disappearing on both OpenGL an Cairo.
This happens only when pcbnew is freshly started. When I switch toolset to any other (and after switching back) the problem is no longer present.
