web client: Update Expire Date button does not cause "this page may have unsaved data" warning, when editing a patron account and navigating away unsaved.

Bug Description
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pull up a patron account whose privilege expiration date is past.
2. Click the Edit tab.
3. Click the Update Expire Date button.
4. Without saving, navigate away from editing the patron details, e.g., by clicking Check Out.
Expected Results:
Warning dialog, "this page contains unsaved data" (as would happen if you edited the date manually).
Actual results:
No such warning.
Discovered by Jill Shuck, testing Evergreen 3.0.6. on oh-test.
