Bug Description
Clicking on the volume control pull down menu, scrolling mouse wheel up lowers the volume and scrolling mouse wheel down raises the volume. Hovering mouse over volume icon, however, works as it should (Volume increases scrolling wheel up and decreases scrolling down.)
