communitheme snap doesn't work with evince

Bug Description

As mentioned on https://github.com/ubuntu/gtk-communitheme/issues/325#issuecomment-380383969, evince can't load the communitheme snap.

Indeed, as the directory isn't a standard one (/snap/…), the protected applications by apparmor can't load it.

As the snap is temporary, distro-patch (ubuntu only) common abstractions directory for theme and icons (similar than the flatpak patches).

    - use 'm' on on sandbox
  * debian/patches/ubuntu/mimeinfo-snap-support.patch: allow reading
    /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications *.desktop and mimeinfo.cache
