This is on "Ubuntu 18.10" with 4.17.0-041700rc6.
Opened settings/device/printers clicked on the cog, selected Printing Options and clicked Test Page.
The page was printed, but I wasn't able to close the window and settings crashed.

I can reproduce this on E. I was told by apport that this is the same bug.

Confirmed it's still happening on 19.10 and reported upstream on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/issues/773
