Bug Description

Test case test_run_contrail_flows_cli_cmds is failing because flow query sent to analytics has management IP of vrouter however this should be control data IP.

earlier this was control IP only, this issue got introduced in fix of bug 1743671, commit https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-test/commit/532332dd55972fb91e8a682d6751b72566feef2d#diff-3ab8a5948b9ad4b515f599ed09fc04e2

we need to revert back to use VM fixture method get_compute_host for other_vrouter_ip and vrouter_ip.
