Bug Description

Some code imports need python-tdb (e.g. http://launchpadlibrarian.net/361512799/tombeckmann-indicator-synapse-trunk.log), but this isn't declared anywhere, so it's easy to miss when setting up new code imports. We should add this, perhaps by adding a new package called something like launchpad-codeimport-dependencies and adding it there rather than jamming more stuff into launchpad-dependencies.

launchpad-dependencies (0.137) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Remove dependency on python-tickcount; Launchpad no longer uses it.
  * Remove developer dependency on bzr-pqm; Launchpad is hosted in git now.
  * Remove dependencies on python-svn and python-subversion; bzr-svn uses
    subvertpy now.
  * Depend on python-tdb, used by bzr-git and bzr-svn (LP: #1757563).
