Bug Description

the errors are as follows:
Err:17 http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu artful Release
  404 Not Found
Err:18 https://http//cran.stat.ucla.edu /bin/linux/ubuntu InRelease
  Could not resolve 'http'
