Bug Description
Juju should check for and prefer the lxd snap socket, rather than just the debian socket. Currently support for the snap socket is gained by the juju snap via it's launcher.
The snap should drop this logic. In addition, juju should make sure it's using the correct socket and port, as well as support the case of both a debian socket lxd and snap socket lxd.
