Bug Description

We introduced new parameters required to deploy and upgrade Pike, in roles_data.
We need to document them in a release note and tripleo-docs so the information is widely available for our operators.

    Document roles_data sync when upgrading with custom roles

    We want our users to make sure they know where to find the reference of
    roles_data in TripleO, depending on which version they upgrade.
