Bug Description
As discussed on IRC with Laney, it would be nice if retry-autopkgte
1) only retry a specific source package's regressions; and
2) apply specific triggers to the retries (e.g., another srcpkg/version or all-proposed=1).

I think point #1 is fixed by the new --blocked-by-tests option but there isn't enough information here for me to be sure.
