web client: shelving location selector in volume/copy editor should display owning org unit

Bug Description

In the web client's copy/volume editor, the shelving locations do not display with their owning org unit. This can be confusing in cases where an org unit's parent owns a shelving location that is the same or similar to another shelving location owned by the workstation library.
