Bug Description

The Hold Shelf Slip print template doesn't have access to the author or call number.

{{author}} is available for use in the Hold Shelf Slip template and prints correctly, but I wasn't able to find a call number field that worked for this template.

Confirming for the missing call number field.

I've also added the call numbers so that they display in the transit dialog, and the holds shelf dialog which comes right before the hold slip printout.
