Bug Description

This is a tracking bug for a couple of BGPaaS UI changes to expose new
functionality that's being added in CN, Config, and vRouter.

1. Add checkbox for "Shared" to indicate that only a single BGP session
will be established when the BGPaaS object is associated with multiple
VMIs. The checkbox corresponds to a new property in the BGPaaS object called bgpaas-shared.

2. Add the ability to configure a prefix-limit per address family (inet
and inet6) and an associated idle-timeout. These fields should be set in
the prefix-limit struct (type BgpPrefixLimit) of the family-attributes
(type BgpFamilyAttributes) under the bgpaas-session-attributes struct
(type BgpSessionAttributes).
The labels used in the UI should be called Prefix Limit and Idle Timeout
and should be mapped to maximum and idle-timeout fields in BgpPrefixLimit.

The corresponding CN/Config/vRouter changes are tracked via bug 1649707
and bug 1697345.

validation for IP address (when Shared is enabled IP address is mandatory).
