Bug Description

OSP10 3.2.4-build 45 vrouter agent status shows failed after successful heat deployment. But the service comes up if we restart.
heat-admin@overcloud-novacompute-0 ~]$ sudo su
[root@overcloud-novacompute-0 heat-admin]# contrail-status

contrail-vrouter-agent failed
contrail-vrouter-nodemgr active

[root@overcloud-novacompute-0 heat-admin]# tail -f /var/log/contrail/contrail-vrouter-agent-stdout.log
/usr/bin/contrail-vrouter-agent: error while loading shared libraries: libthriftasio.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/contrail-vrouter-agent: error while loading shared libraries: libthriftasio.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/contrail-vrouter-agent: error while loading shared libraries: libthriftasio.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

one of my customer also ran into this.
He was running Contrail 3.2.4.4
