Bug Description

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

- [ ] This doc is inaccurate in this way: https://github.com/openstack/kolla-ansible/blob/4.0.2/ansible/roles/nova/tasks/external-ceph.yml#L17
  This keyring is missing in the external ceph document.
- [X] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example: input and output.

Modify code section under nova:

$ ls /etc/kolla/config/nova
ceph.client.nova.keyring ceph.conf ceph.client.cinder.keyring

    Add cinder client keyring requirements for external ceph in nova

    Base on patch I01c9ed80843d98305b8963894c4917c21a35d3ac, cinder client
    keyring is required for nova libvirt.
